I am 100% happy with my results! The routines and habits were my main goal and having the tools to keep this up is great. Accountability and working with like minded women has definitely helped to keep me on track. Kate, you have given me so many options from the get go. From choosing how to train and how to track/meal prep, recorded calls - I don’t think there’s much more you could do to make it any easier to follow and stick to!
