6 mistakes that KILL consistent results

Every single one of us on a fitness journey have tried different paths, made mistakes, gone backwards & felt ready to give up…I compiled the 6 mistakes that KILL consistent results

This is not about shame, this about self awareness so we can break down barriers to hit our GOALS!

You may resonate with one or two of these things.. THAT’S OK, we are all about owning it and then finding positive ways to move forward.

Let’s break down the top 6 mistakes I see women making when it comes to their fitness & body goals, all of which I personally have made too!

1️⃣Not following a plan

Think going to the gym & sweating for an hour is enough to elicit results? You’ve saved your IG swipe workouts and you’re ready to go! But unfortunately it’s probably keeping you stuck. Having a structured, strategic & progressive program will enable you to stay consistent, motivated & engaged and get you to your goals 10xfaster

2️⃣Not focusing on nutrition

Many think in order to reach their goals they need a gym membership. But actually it’s our nutrition that is pivotal to whatever we want to achieve. If you want to change your body but aren’t focusing on your nutrition, you’re in for a very slow, hard journey with low chance of success

3️⃣Thinking it needs to be perfect

NEWSFLASH - you don’t need to be perfect. However, you DO need to stop shaming yourself for being human. Just do whatever you can and celebrate it

4️⃣”short term” mindset

Tell me if you’ve ever thought “I only need to do this for 2 more weeks”. Then afterward your results slowly slip away back to where you were at the start. Lose the end date mindset, accept that this is a way of life, and you’ll need to have movement, nutrition & mindset a priority for the rest of your life (sorry, not sorry. It’s the truth)

5️⃣No support or accountability

You’re the glue that holds your family together, so when sh*t goes sideways you’re the one that picks up the pieces. Having support and accountability will hold you accountable to keep your health & fitness a priority no matter what life throws at you


6️⃣IMPATIENCE

The last & BIGGEST mistake. Stop trying to rush, girlfriend! The slower you go the more sustainable your results will be. We’re changing daily habits one day at a time, not trying to change your life in 21 days.
