It’s a daily decision to care about what you’re eating & how it makes you feel
It’s the daily decision NOT to quit on yourself
It’s the daily decision to stop changing things and just stick to the plan
It’s the daily decision to stop looking for a shortcut

The daily choice to show up for yourself consistently is what sets the results and the setbacks apart.
